Thus will we give strength and hope to victims of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance who might be too weak if they act on their own, but strong if we all respond to the purpose of this World Conference of uniting the peoples of the world against racism.
وبذلك يمكننا أن نعطي القوة والأمل لضحايا العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب الذين يمكن أن يكونوا ضعفاء جداً إذا ما تصرفوا بمفردهم وأقوياء إذا ما استجبنا جميعاً لغاية هذا المؤتمر العالمي المتمثلة في توحيد شعوب العالم ضد العنصرية.

ECRI stressed that work is underway for the establishment of a network of professional local antidiscrimination bureaus throughout the country, with the aim of improving the protection provided to victims of racism and racial discrimination and the monitoring of these phenomena.
