The Member to which the request is to be addressed is to supply relevant information, under conditions similar to those under article IX of the GATS, as described below.
ويلتزم البلد العضو الذي يقدم إليه الطلب بتوفير المعلومات، وفقا لشروط مشابهة للشروط الواردة في المادة التاسعة من الاتفاق العام للتجارة في الخدمات، على نحو ما هو موصوف أدناه.

(e) If the offence to which the request relates would not be an offence in the context of criminal organization if committed within its jurisdiction. Some delegations proposed that this subparagraph be deleted.
)ﻫ( اذا كانت الجرم الذي يتعلق به الطلب لا يعتبر جرما في اطار تنظيم اجرامي اذا ارتكب ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية .اقترح بعض الوفود حذف هذه الفقرة الفرعية .

8. Cooperation under this article may be refused by a State Party if the offence to which the request relates would not be an offence [covered by this Convention]. The text of this paragraph as it appeared in document A/AC.254/4/Rev.4 referred to “an offence in the context of a criminal organization if committed within its jurisdiction”.
٨ - يجوز للدولة الطرف أن ترفض التعاون بمقتضى هذه المادة اذا كان الجرم الذي يتعلق به الطلب لا يعد جرما ]مشمولا بهذه الاتفاقية[أشار نص هذه الفقرة الوارد في الوثيقة A/AC.254/4/Rev.4 الى " جرما في اطار تنظيم اجرامي اذا ارتكب ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية " .

٩ - يجوز للدولة الطرف أن ترفض التعاون بمقتضى هذه المادة إذا كانت الجريمة التي يتعلق بها الطلب لا تعد جريمة في إطار التنظيم الجنائي إذا ارتكبت ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية .

8. Cooperation under this article or under article(s) ____ may be refused if the offence to which the request relates would not be an offence in the context of criminal organization if committed within its jurisdiction (Germany).
٨- يجوز للدولة الطرف رفض التعاون بمقتضى هذه المادة أو بمقتضى المادة )المواد( ـــــ إذا لم تكن الجريمة التي يتعلق بها الطلب تمثل جريمة في سياق التنظيم الجنائي إذا ارتكبت في إقليمها )ألمانيا(.
