The view was expressed that the underlying treaty between State parties would prevent one State party and the investor to depart from the transparency rules.
وأُعرب عن رأي مفاده أن المعاهدة الأساسية بين الدول الأطراف من شأنها أن تمنع إحدى الدول الأطراف والمُستثمر من الحيد عن قواعد الشفافية.
