10. The Secretary-General is responsible for the use of the Trust Fund for granting travel assistance to developing countries that are members of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, and the fund will be administered, in accordance with its terms of reference, by the Legal Counsel, as the programme manager of the Trust Fund.
١٠ - إن اﻷمين العام مسؤول عن استخدام الصندوق الاستئماني لتقديم المساعدة المتعلقة بالسفر إلى البلدان النامية التي هي أعضاء في لجنة اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي وسيتولى إدارة الصندوق، وفقا للولاية الممنوحة له، المستشار القانوني بوصفه مدير برامج الصندوق الاستئماني.

6. Welcomes the completion of the setting up of the Trust Fund for the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law to grant travel assistance to developing countries that are members of the Commission, at their request and in consultation with the Secretary-General, pursuant to paragraph 5 of resolution 48/32 of 9 December 1993;

In its resolution 68/106, the General Assembly had appealed for voluntary contributions to the Trust Fund established to provide travel assistance to developing countries that were members of the Commission in order to increase expert representation from developing countries at sessions of the Commission and its working groups.
٩٨ - وقال إن الجمعية العامة وجهت، في قرارها 68/106، نداء لتقديم تبرعات إلى الصندوق الاستئماني المنشأ لتقديم المساعدة فيما يتعلق بالسفر إلى البلدان النامية التي هي أعضاء في اللجنة بغية زيادة تمثيل الخبراء من البلدان النامية في دورات اللجنة وأفرقتها العاملة.
