Following the adoption of decision XV/1 on ratification of the ozone treaties, which the Secretariat conveyed to non-Parties to the Vienna Convention and the Montreal Protocol as well as the amendments to the Protocol, the number of Parties that have ratified the treaties from November 2003 to August 2004 has increased as follows:
