The International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families assigns to host Governments the responsibility for ensuring that migrant workers enjoy treatment not less favourable than that enjoyed by their own citizens.
وتقرر الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم أن تتولى الحكومات المسؤولية عن كفالة تمتع العمال المهاجرين بمعاملة لا تقل قدرا عن تلك التي يتمتع بها مواطنوها.

These include the right not to be subject to measures of collective expulsion; to have recourse to the protection and assistance of the consular or diplomatic authorities of their State of origin; and to enjoy treatment not less favourable than that which applies to nationals of the State in which they are employed in respect of remuneration and social security.
وتلك الحقوق تشمل الحق في عدم التعرض لاجراءات الطرد الجماعي؛ والحق في اللجوء الى الحماية والمساعدة من السلطات القنصلية أو الدبلوماسية لدولة منشئهم؛ وحق التمتع بمعاملة لا تقل مراعاة عن المعاملة التي تنطبق على رعايا دولة العمل من حيث اﻷجر والضمان الاجتماعي.

1. Migrant workers shall enjoy treatment not less favourable than that which applies to nationals of the State of employment in respect of remuneration and:
1- يتمتع العمـال المهاجـرون بمعاملة لا تقل مراعاة عن المعاملة التي تنطبق على رعايا دولة العمل من حيث الأجر ومن حيث ما يلي:

٧٨ - " يتمتع العمال المهاجرون بمعاملة لا تقل مراعاة عن المعاملة التي تنطبق على رعايا دولة العمل من حيث اﻷجر ومن حيث ما يلي:

Article 25 provides that migrant workers shall enjoy treatment not less favourable than that which applies to nationals in respect of remuneration and other conditions of work, including overtime, hours of work, weekly rest, holidays with pay, safety, health, termination of the employment relationship.

The Court shall enjoy in the territory of each State Party for the purposes of its official communications and correspondence treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the State Party concerned to any intergovernmental organization or diplomatic mission in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes applicable to mail and the various forms of communication and correspondence.
1 - تتمتع المحكمة في إقليم كل دولة من الدول الأطراف لأغراض اتصالاتها ومراسلاتها الرسمية بمعاملة لا تقل تفضيلا عن المعاملة التي تمنحها الدولة الطرف لأي منظمة حكومية دولية أو بعثة دبلوماسية، من حيث الأولويات والأسعار والضرائب السارية على البريد ومختلف أشكال الاتصال والمراسلات.

(d) The Court shall enjoy treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the State Party concerned to any intergovernmental organization or diplomatic mission in respect of rates of exchange for its financial transactions.
(د) تتمتع المحكمة بمعاملة لا تقل تفضيلا عن المعاملة التي تفردها الدولة الطرف المعنية لأي منظمة حكومية دولية أو بعثة دبلوماسية فيما يتعلق بأسعار الصــــرف لمعاملاتهـــا المالية.

In this regard, migrant domestic workers should enjoy treatment not less favourable than that which applies to nationals of the State of employment (article 25).
وفي هذا الصدد، ينبغي أن يتمتع العمال المنزليون المهاجرون بمعاملة لا تقل مراعاةً عن المعاملة التي تنطبق على رعايا دولة العمل (المادة 25).

(a) The Court shall enjoy, for any form of its official communications and correspondence, treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the host country to any intergovernmental organization or diplomatic mission and no such official communication or correspondence shall be subject to censorship by the Government of the host country;
(أ) تتمتع المحكمة، فيما يتعلق بأي شكل من أشكال اتصالاتها ومراسلاتها الرسمية، بمعاملة لا تقل تفضيلا عن المعاملة التي يمنحها البلد المضيف لأي منظمة حكومية دولية أو بعثة دبلوماسية، ولا تخضع هذه الاتصالات أو المراسلات الرسمية لأي رقابة من جانب حكومة البلد المضيف؛

(a) The Court shall enjoy, for any form of its official communications and correspondence, treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the host country to any intergovernmental organization or diplomatic mission and that no such official communication or correspondence shall be subject to censorship by the Government of the host country;

The Tribunal shall enjoy, in respect of its official communications, treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the Government to any diplomatic mission in matters of establishment and operation, priorities, tariffs, charges on mail and cablegrams and on teleprinter, facsimile, telephone and other communications, as well as rates for information to the press and radio.
١ - تتمتع المحكمة، فيما يتعلق باتصالاتها الرسمية، بمعاملة لا تقل أفضلية عن المعاملة التي تمنحها الحكومة ﻷي بعثة دبلوماسية في مسائل اﻹنشاء والتشغيل واﻷولويات والتعريفات والرسوم المفروضة على البريد والبرقيات السلكية وعلى المبرقات الطابعة والفاكسيميلي والهاتف والاتصالات اﻷخرى، وكذلك فيما يتعلق برسوم المعلومات المرسلة إلى الصحافة واﻹذاعة.

1. For the purposes of its official communications, the Tribunal shall enjoy in the territory of each State Party, in so far as is compatible with the international obligations of the State concerned, treatment not less favourable than that which the State Party accords to any intergovernmental organization or diplomatic mission in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes applicable to mails and the various forms of communications.
