1. Migrant workers shall enjoy equality of treatment with nationals of the State of employment in relation to:
1- يتمتع العمال المهاجرون بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا دولة العمل فيما يتعلق بما يلي:

The Convention grants those migrants and members of their families equality of treatment with nationals with regard to remuneration and conditions of work, social security, and access to urgent medical care and education.
إذ تمنح الاتفاقية هؤلاء المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم المساواة في المعاملة مع الوطنيين فيما يتعلق باﻷجور وظروف العمل والضمان الاجتماعي والحصول على الرعاية الطبية العاجلة والتعليم.

1. Members of the families of migrant workers shall, in the State of employment, enjoy equality of treatment with nationals of that State in relation to:
1- يتمتع أفراد أسر العمال المهاجرين، في دولة العمل، بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا تلك الدولة، وذلك فيما يتعلق بما يلي:

Migrant workers who have been granted permission to engage in a remunerated activity, subject to the conditions attached to such permission, shall be entitled to equality of treatment with nationals of the State of employment in the exercise of that remunerated activity.
يحق للعمال المهاجرين، الذين منحوا تصريحاً لمزاولة نشاط مقابل أجر، رهناً بالشروط المرفقة بذلك التصريح، التمتع بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا دولة العمل في ممارسة هذا النشاط مقابل أجر.

1. Without prejudice to the terms of their authorization of residence or their permission to work and the rights provided for in articles 25 and 27 of the present Convention, migrant workers shall enjoy equality of treatment with nationals of the State of employment in respect of:
1- يتمتع العمال المهاجرون، دون المساس بأحكام أذون إقامتهم أو تصاريح عملهم والحقوق المنصوص عليها في المادتين 25 و37 من هذه الاتفاقية، بالمساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا دولة العمل من حيث:

وتنص المادة 30، على وجه التحديد، على أن " لكل طفل من أطفال العامل المهاجر الحق الأساسي في الحصول على التعليم على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة المعنية " .

It also recommended that Ecuador ensure that all migrant workers and members of their families, irrespective of their immigration status, enjoy in practice the right to receive any medical care that is urgently required for the preservation of their life or the avoidance of irreparable harm to their health on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State party.
وأوصت أيضا بأن تكفل إكوادور تمتع جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم بصرف النظر عن وضعهم القانوني كمهاجرين بالحق في تلقي الرعاية الطبية اللازمة بصورة عاجلة لحفظ حياتهم أو لتلافي ضرر لا يمكن علاجه ويلحق بصحتهم، وذلك على المساواة في المعاملة مع مواطني الدولة الطرف.
