1. The present report is prepared pursuant to the Accra III Agreement of 30 July 2004, which established the Tripartite Monitoring Group and requested it to submit regular reports on the situation in Côte d'Ivoire and on the progress made towards the implementation of the Accra III Agreement, now extended into the recent Pretoria Accords.
1 - أعد هذا التقرير عملا باتفاق أكرا الثالث المؤرخ 30 تموز/يوليه 2004 الذي أنشئ بموجبه فريق الرصد الثلاثي والذي يقتضي من الفريق أن يقدم بصفة منتظمة تقارير عن الحالة في كوت ديفوار وعن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ اتفاق أكرا الثالث، وهو الاتفاق الذي تم توسيع نطاقه ليشمل اتفاقات بريتوريا المبرمة مؤخرا.

This report is submitted pursuant to the recommendation of the High-level meeting in Accra (29-30 July 2004) which established the Tripartite Monitoring Group and requested it to " make fortnightly reports on the progress in the implementation of the Accra III Agreement to the Chairman of ECOWAS, the Chairperson of the African Union and the Secretary-General of the United Nations " .
