Turkey 1. On 21 November 1990, the Turkish Grand National Assembly adopted Law No. 3679 introducing important amendments to the Turkish Penal Code.
١- في ١٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٠٩٩١، اعتمدت الجمعية الوطنية التركية الكبرى القانون رقم ٩٧٦٣ الذي أدخل تعديلات هامة على قانون العقوبات التركي.

وقد نقحت أيضا دستورها لعام 2004 لإعطاء الأسبقية للاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بالحقوق والحريات الأساسية، ومنها حقوق الطفل، على التشريعات الوطنية، وأخيرا أنشئت لجان لحقوق الطفل في المقاطعات التركية الـ 81، وأنشئت لجنة لرصد حقوق الطفل في الجمعية الوطنية التركية الكبرى.

30. Legislative authority is vested in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TGNA).
30- تُخوَّل الجمعية الوطنية التركية الكبرى (الجمعية الوطنية) بالسلطة التشريعية.

Had this been left as it was, the Turkish Grand National Assembly could have delayed ratification and they, and President Sezer in terms of Article 89 of Turkey's Constitution, could endlessly have batted back to each other a ratifying Law, thus being able to extort new concessions from a UCR without any Turkish troop reductions.

On the other hand, " The Law on Organisation, Function and Authority of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board and Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime " , which was submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly on 9 June 2005, defines terrorist financing as an offence separate from terror crimes.

1.5. In the Article 2 of the Law on Organisation, Function and Authority of the Financial Crimes Investigation Agency and Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, which was submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly on 9 June 2005, liable parties are designated as follows;
