21. Lastly, the Working Group decided to continue its consideration of the matter and to issue a statement thereon before the twenty-sixth session of the Human Rights Council.

25. On 12 June, the Special Rapporteur participated in a side event and expert meeting on privatization in education organized by the Global Initiative for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights together with the Privatization in Education Research Initiative on the occasion of the twenty-sixth session of the Human Rights Council.
25 - وفي 12 حزيران/يونيه، شارك المقرر الخاص في اجتماع جانبي واجتماع لخبراء بشأن خصخصة التعليم، قامت بتنظيمه المبادرة العالمية للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية بالاشتراك مع مبادرة الخصخصة في البحوث التربوية بمناسبة انعقاد الدورة السادسة والعشرين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان.

14. Welcomes the decision of the Working Group on the issue of human rights and transnational corporations and other business enterprises to issue a statement before the twenty-sixth session of the Human Rights Council, in follow-up to Council resolution 22/29;
14- يرحب بقرار الفريق العامل المعني بمسألة حقوق الإنسان والشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال بأن يصدر بياناً قبل الدورة السادسة والعشرين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان على سبيل المتابعة لقرار المجلس 22/29؛

52. The Working Group believed that both of the resolutions on transnational cooperation adopted at the twenty-sixth session of the Human Rights Council were intended to strengthen respect for human rights in the business field and were as such intimately reconcilable.
52 - واسترسل قائلا إن الفريق العامل يعتقد أن القرارين اللذين اتخذا في الدورة السادسة والعشرين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان بشأن الشركات عبر الوطنية يهدفان إلى تعزيز احترام حقوق الإنسان في مجال الأعمال التجارية وبالتالي يمكن التوفيق بينهما على نحو وثيق.
