In this manner, relations may develop among countries of this forum in a spirit of mutual respect, while preserving the interest of all parties.
وفي هذا الإطار نرحب بإعادة تفعيل محفل " خمسة زائـدا خمسة " بما يدعم فرص التشاور والتعاون والتضامن بين ضفتي المتوسط ويرسخ أسباب الاستقرار والسلم والتنمية وينمـي مسار الشراكة ويطور العلاقات بين بلدان هذا الفضاء على أساس الاحترام المتبادل وضمان مصالح جميع الأطراف.

Moreover, the shared destiny of the region's peoples has made necessary and appropriate the increasingly in-depth negotiations on the various joint initiatives establishing frameworks for dialogue between the two shores of the Mediterranean: the Mediterranean Forum, the Five plus Five Dialogue and the Conference of the Ministers of the Interior of the Western Mediterranean.
