٠٦- أما القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن اللاجئين الذي اعتمد في ٤٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٣٩٩١ فانه هو اﻵخر يعمل على ضمان حق الحياة والصحة في مواجهة التهديد باستخدام العنف في الصراعات المسلحة.

104. Under the Ukrainian Act on Citizenship of Ukraine adopted during the report period, a citizen of Ukraine cannot be deprived of his other citizenship.
٤٠١- وبمقتضى القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن مواطنية أوكرانيا الذي أقر خلال فترة التقرير، لا يمكن تجريد مواطن أوكراني من مواطنيته اﻷخرى.

The development of self-government of the Order of Magistrates should help to strengthen their independence, its legal basis being the Ukrainian Act on Self-Governance of the Judiciary adopted on 2 February 1994.

210. In February 1994 the Ukrainian Act on the Status of Deputies in Local Councils of People's Deputies was adopted which supplemented the Ukrainian Act adopted earlier on the Status of People's Deputies of Ukraine.
٠١٢- وفي شباط/فبراير ٤٩٩١ اعتمد القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن وضع النواب في المجالس المحلية لنواب الشعب، والذي أكمل القانون اﻷوكراني الذي اعتمد من قبل بشأن وضع نواب الشعب في أوكرانيا.

These initiatives are based on the stipulation of article 15 of the Ukrainian Act on National Minorities, which lays down the right of citizens of Ukraine belonging to such minorities to establish and maintain links with people of their own nationality and with their public associations outside the borders of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Act on State assistance to families with children establishes a guaranteed State level of economic assistance to families with children through the provision of assistance on the basis of such factors as the size of the family, its income and the age and state of health of the children.
ويقرﱢر القانون اﻷوكراني " بشأن مساعدة الدولة لﻷسر التي لديها أطفال " مستوى من المساعدة الاقتصادية تكفلها الدولة لﻷسر التي لديها أطفال تقدم بموجبه مساعدة تأخذ في الاعتبار عوامل من قبيل حجم اﻷسرة ودخلها وعمر اﻷطفال وحالتهم الصحية.

15. The Ukrainian Act on Citizenship of Ukraine, dated 8 October 1991, introduced that concept and established a procedure for obtaining it, listing the rights and duties of citizens and regulating other important legal aspects of the institution of citizenship.
٥١- وقد أدخل القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن رعوية أوكرانيا، بتاريخ ٨ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩١، هذا المفهوم ووضع اجراء للحصول عليها، وأورد حقوق وواجبات المواطنين ونظم النواحي القانونية والهامة اﻷخرى لاكتساب الرعوية.

117. In September 1993 yet another law was adopted designed to ensure and guarantee the constitutional rights of citizens, providing new possibilities for legally ensuring the considerable range of social relationships - a Ukrainian Act on the Profession of Solicitor.
٧١١- وفي أيلول/سبتمبر ٣٩٩١ اعتمد أيضا قانون آخر يهدف الى كفالة وضمان الحقوق الدستورية للمواطنين، وتقديم امكانيات جديدة من أجل الضمان القانوني لمجموعة كبيرة من العلاقات الاجتماعية - هو القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن مهنة محامي الاجراءات.

154. These events and the practical experience gained in implementing the Ukrainian Act on Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations have shown the need to further improve it, particularly in regard to the justifications and procedure for stopping the activities of religious organizations in accordance with court orders.
٤٥١- وهذه اﻷحداث والخبرة العملية التي اكتسبت في تنفيذ القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن حرية الوجدان والمنظمات الدينية قد أظهرت الحاجة الى ادخال مزيد من التحسين عليها، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بتبريرات واجراءات وقف أنشطة المنظمات الدينية عملا بأوامر المحكمة.

156. With a view to settling the conflicts arising from the procedure for utilization by the various communities of religious buildings and property which belonged to the State, in December 1993 article 17 of the Ukrainian Act on the Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations was amended.
٦٥١- وفي كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٣٩٩١، جرى تعديل المادة ٧١ من القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن حرية الوجدان والمنظمات الدينية، بقصد تسوية الصراعات الناشئة عن الاجراء الخاص باستعمال شتى المجتمعات المحلية للمباني واﻷملاك الدينية التي تنتمي للدولة.

11. The institution of private property itself was in the beginning legalized in the form of " private property earned by labour " , by the Ukrainian Act on Property adopted by the Supreme Council in February 1991 and amendments made to that Act in July 1992 under which any form of individual property was recognized.
١١- ولقد أضفى الشكل القانوني على اﻷخذ بالملكية الخاصة ذاته في بداية اﻷمر في صيغة " الملكية الخاصة المكتسبة عن طريق العمل " ، وبمقتضى القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن الملكية الذي اعتمده المجلس اﻷعلى في شباط/فبراير ١٩٩١ والتعديلات التي أدخلت على هذا القانون في تموز/يوليه ٢٩٩١ والتي سلم بموجبها بأي شكل من أشكال الملكية الشخصية.

197. The Ukrainian Act on Ukrainian Citizenship regulates in practice all aspects of the obtaining of Ukrainian citizenship by children, including cases in which the parents of the child at the time of its birth were citizens of Ukraine, cases when only one of the parents was a Ukrainian citizen at that time, and cases when the child's parents were stateless persons or unknown.
٧٩١- وينظم القانون اﻷوكراني بشأن المواطنية اﻷوكرانية، من الناحية العملية، جميع نواحي حصول اﻷطفال على المواطنية اﻷوكرانية، بما في ذلك الحالات التي يكون فيها والدا الطفل وقت مولده مواطنين اوكرانيين، والحالات التي لا يكون فيها سوى أحد الوالدين مواطناً اوكرانياً في ذلك الوقت، والحالات التي يكون فيها والدا الطفل بلا جنسية، أو جنسيتهما غير معروفة حينئذ.
