The communities involved in UN-SPIDER activities include many different actors: disaster responders, disaster risk specialists, policymakers, remote sensing experts, space technology providers, academics and researchers.

(c) To define ways and means of efficiently coordinating and interacting with the network of regional support offices, reviewing how they would contribute to the UN-SPIDER activities contained in the workplan for the biennium 2008-2009;

At the expert meeting, participants will define ways and means of efficiently coordinating and interacting within a network of regional support offices, assess how the network can contribute to the UN-SPIDER activities contained in the workplan for the period 2008-2009 and draft an operational plan detailing activities to be implemented by the network in the period 2008 and 2009.
وسوف يحدد المشاركون في اجتماع الخبراء هذه الطرق والسبل الكفيلة بتحقيق كفاءة التنسيق والتفاعل داخل شبكة مكاتب الدعم الإقليمية ويقيم السبل التي يمكن بها للشبكة أن تساهم في أنشطة سبايدر الواردة في خطة العمل للفترة 2008-2009 وكذلك إعداد خطة تشغيل تحدد تفاصيل الأنشطة التي على الشبكة أن تنفذها في الفترة 2008-2009.
