In response, it was observed that the UNCITRAL Notes on Organizing Arbitral Proceedings provided for guidance on such matters, and that there was no need to insert detailed provisions in the Rules on organizational aspects of the hearings.
ولوحظ ردّا على ذلك أن ملحوظات الأونسيترال بشأن تنظيم إجراءات التحكيم تنص على توجيهات بشأن هذه المسائل، وليست هناك حاجة إلى إدراج أحكام مفصلة في القواعد المتعلقة بالجوانب التنظيمية في المرافعات.

The Commission's goal of harmonizing trade law on the basis of model rules, such as the UNCITRAL Notes on Organizing Arbitral Proceedings and other non-binding instruments, required its secretariat to disseminate information and advice on a broad scale.

The Commission also heard proposals that a revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (1976) and the UNCITRAL Notes on Organizing Arbitral Proceedings (1996) could be considered for inclusion in future work, once the existing projects currently being considered by the Working Group had been completed.

(b) In the area of dispute resolution, the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (a United Nations convention adopted prior to the establishment of the Commission, but actively promoted by it), the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, the UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules, the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and the UNCITRAL Notes on Organizing Arbitral Proceedings;
(ب) في مجال تسوية النزاعات، اتفاقية الاعتراف بقرارات التحكيم الأجنبية وانفاذها(4) (اتفاقية اعتمدتها الأمم المتحدة قبل انشاء اللجنة، ولكن اللجنة تروجها بنشاط)، وقواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم،(5) ونظام الأونسيترال للتوفيق،(6) وقانون الأونسيترال النموذجي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي،(7) وملحوظات الأونسيترال بشأن تنظيم اجراءات التحكيم؛(8)

The Commission agreed on the importance of each of those projects and took note of the fact that, resources permitting, the Secretariat should work as a matter of priority on the preparation of recommendations on the use of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, as revised in 2010, and on revising the UNCITRAL Notes on Organizing Arbitral Proceedings.
واتَّفقت اللجنةُ على أهمية كل من تلك المشاريع وأخذت علماً بأنه ينبغي للأمانة أن تعطي الأولوية للعمل على إعداد التوصيات المتعلقة باستخدام قواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم، بصيغتها المنقّحة في عام 2010، وعلى تنقيح الملحوظات المتعلقة بتنظيم إجراءات التحكيم، إذا سمحت الموارد بذلك.
