The Arab States call on the 2010 Review Conference to issue a decision on the prohibition of the use of nuclear weapons against non-nuclear-weapon States parties to the Treaty and to develop effective international arrangements for granting unconditional security assurances to non-nuclear-weapon States against the use or threat of nuclear weapons.
