3. Upon ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Convention, each State Party shall notify the Secretary-General of the United Nations of the jurisdiction it has established under its national law in accordance with paragraph 2 of the present article.
3 - عند التصديق على هذه الاتفاقية أو قبولها أو الموافقة عليها أو الانضمام إليها، تخطر كل دولة طرف الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بالولاية القضائية التي أقامتها بموجب قانونها الوطني وفقا للفقرة 2 من هذه المادة.

2. Upon being satisfied that the circumstances so warrant, the State Party in whose territory the offender or alleged offender is present shall take the appropriate measures under its national law so as to ensure that person's presence for the purpose of prosecution or extradition.
2 - تقوم الدولة الطرف التي يكون مرتكب الجريمة أو الشخص المدعى أنه ارتكبها موجودا في إقليمها، لدى اقتناعها بأن الظروف تبرر ذلك، باتخاذ التدابير المناسبة طبقا لقانونها الوطني كي تكفل حضور ذلك الشخص لغرض المحاكمة أو التسليم.

4. Upon the request of the Court, a State Party shall consult with the Court, either generally or with respect to a specific matter, regarding any requirements under its national law that may apply under paragraph 2 (c).
