80. In line with the " Strategic priorities, policies and guidelines of the Adaptation Fund " , eligible Parties are encouraged to consider information generated under the Nairobi work programme in developing projects and programmes to be funded under the Adaptation Fund.
80- وتماشياً مع " الأولويات والسياسات والمبادئ التوجيهية الاستراتيجية لصندوق التكيف " ، تشجَّع الأطراف المؤهلة على النظر في المعلومات التي تولدت في إطار برنامج عمل نيروبي عند وضع المشاريع والبرامج التي ستمول في إطار صندوق التكيف.

FAO, UNDP and UNEP are accredited as GEF agencies, with UNESCO currently under consideration, and UNEP and UNESCO are accredited as Multilateral Implementing Entities under the Adaptation Fund.
ولقد اعتمدت منظمة الأغذية والزراعة والبرنامج الإنمائي وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة بوصفها من وكالات مرفق البيئة العالمية، أما اليونسكو فيُنظر حاليا في اعتمادها، وبرنامج البيئة واليونسكو معتمدتان كهيئتين منفذتين متعددتي الأطراف في إطار صندوق التكيف.

[Decides that funding for adaptation projects under the Adaptation Fund shall be consistent with ongoing work on adaptation under the Convention.] Parties not included in Annex I, in particular the least developed countries and the small island developing States amongst them, shall be assisted with capacity-building at all levels in order to be able to carry out such activities;
5- [يقرر أن يتمشى تمويل مشاريع التكيف في إطار صندوق التكيف مع الأعمال الجارية بشأن التكيف في إطار الاتفاقية.] وأن تقدم المساعدة إلى الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول، وخصوصاً أقل البلدان نمواً ومن بينها البلدان النامية الجزرية الصغيرة فيما يتعلق ببناء القدرات على جميع المستويات كي يتسنى لها الاضطلاع بهذه الأنشطة؛

In accordance with decision 5/CMP.2, paragraph 2 (c), projects and programmes funded under the Adaptation Fund should also take into account, inter alia, national sustainable development strategies, poverty reduction strategies, national communications and national adaptation programmes of action and other relevant instruments, where they exist.
6- ووفقاً للفقرة 2(ج) من المقرر 5/م أإ-2، ينبغي أن تكون المشاريع والبرامج الممولة في إطار صندوق التكيف أيضاً مراعية لجملة أمور منها الاستراتيجيات الوطنية للتنمية المستدامة، واستراتيجيات الحد من الفقر، والبلاغات الوطنية، وبرامج العمل الوطنية المتعلقة بالتكيف، وغيرها من الأدوات ذات الصلة، إن وجدت.

In developing projects and programmes to be funded under the Adaptation Fund, eligible Parties should consider the guidance provided in decision 5/CP.7, paragraph 8, and, where necessary, further information included in reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and information generated under the Nairobi work programme on impacts, vulnerability and adaptation to climate change.
7- ويتعين على الأطراف المؤهلة عند وضعها مشاريع وبرامج لتموَّل في إطار صندوق التكيف أن تراعي الإرشادات المقدمة في الفقرة 8 من المقرر 5/م أ-7، وعند الاقتضاء المعلومات الأخرى الواردة في تقارير الفريق الحكومي الدولي المعني بتغير المناخ والمعلومات الصادرة في إطار برنامج عمل نيروبي المتعلق بتأثيرات تغير المناخ والقابلية للتأثر به والتكيف معه.
