25- 2 تكون لأي قرار نهائي تصدره محكمة أو هيئة قضائية مختصة بموجب الاتفاقية المتعلقة بحقوق والتزامات السلطة والمتعاقد قوة نفاذ في إقليم أي دولة طرف في الاتفاقية تتأثر بذلك القرار.

كما توصي اللجنة بأن تعدِّل الدولة الطرف قانون اللاجئين، الصادر عام 1998 ولوائحه، لتنعكس فيهما بالكامل التزامات الدولة الطرف بموجب اتفاقية عام 1951 المتعلقة بوضع اللاجئين وبروتوكولها الصادر عام 1967، وذلك بمنح من يبدون لاجئين بداهةً وضعاً قانونياً واضحاً.
