In this regard, the Movement demands that Israel unconditionally comply with its obligations as the occupying Power under the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949.
وفي هذا الصدد، تطالب الحركة إسرائيل بالامتثال دون قيد أو شرط لالتزاماتها باعتبارها السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، بموجب اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب، المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949.

وإذ يكرر دعوته إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، إلى التقيد تقيدا صارما بالتزاماتها القانونية وبمسؤولياتها بموجب اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة المتعلقة بحماية الأشخاص المدنيين وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949،

14. Reminds all parties of their obligations with respect to the security of civilian populations under the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 and stresses that occupying forces should be held responsible for human rights violations in the territory under their control;
14 - يذكر جميع الأطراف بواجباتها في احترام أمن السكان المدنيين بموجب اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين أثناء الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949، ويؤكد أنه ينبغي تحميل القوات القائمة بالاحتلال المسؤولية عن حالات انتهاكا حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي الواقعة تحت سيطرتها؛

6. Demands that Israel, the occupying Power, abide scrupulously by its legal obligations and its responsibilities under the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War,1 which is applicable to all territories occupied by Israel since 1967;
6 - تطالب إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، بأن تتقيد بدقة بالتزاماتها القانونية ومسؤولياتها بموجب اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب(1)، التي تسري على جميع الأراضي التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام 1967؛
