The Agreement shall remain in force until otherwise terminated, except to the extent necessary for the proper winding up of the Government's contribution and disposal of any outstanding obligations under the present Agreement.
ويظل الاتفاق نافذا الى حين انهائه بصورة أخرى، إلا في الحدود اللازمة لانتهاء مساهمة الحكومة على النحو السليم والتخلص من أي التزامات معلقة بموجب هذا الاتفاق.

1. The counsel of a suspect or an accused who has been admitted as such by the Extraordinary Chambers shall not be subjected by the Royal Government of Cambodia to any measure which may affect the free and independent exercise of his or her functions under the present Agreement.
1 - لن تتخذ حكومة كمبوديا الملكية أي تدبير بشأن محامي الدفاع عن المشتبه فيه أو المتهم الذي أقرت الدائرتان الاستثنائيتان بمسؤوليته. يجوز أن يؤثر على ممارسته الحرة والمستقلة لمهامه بموجب هذا الاتفاق.

At the same time, the Fund shall resume paying the periodic pensions, with retroactive adjustments as required, until such time as the total periodic pensions paid by the Fund under the present Agreement correspond to the amounts paid to the Fund by the Government.
وفي الوقت ذاته، يستأنف الصندوق دفع المعاشات التقاعدية الدورية، مع إجراء تسويات بأثر رجعي حسب الاقتضاء، الى حين الوقت الذي يطابق فيه مجموع المعاشات التقاعدية الدورية المدفوعة من الصندوق بموجب هذا الاتفاق المبالغ التي دفعتها الحكومة الى الصندوق.

If the transferee died before commencing to receive a periodic pension under the present Agreement, the surviving spouse shall receive one half of the periodic pension which the transferee would have received under the present Agreement at age 60 or 1 January 1997, whichever is later, as from that date.
وفي حالة وفاة المنقول حقه قبل بدء حصوله على معاش تقاعدي دوري بموجب هذا الاتفاق، يحصل اﻷرمل على نصف المعاش التقاعدي الدوري الذي كان سيحصل عليه المنقول حقه بموجب هذا الاتفاق عند بلوغه سن الستين أو ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٧، أيهما أبعد، اعتبارا من ذلك التاريخ.

(d) The former UN participant shall be credited in the Plans with benefits, as determined by the EBRD Administration Committee, equal in value to the amount paid by the Pension Fund to the Bank under the present Agreement.
)د( يقيد في الخطتين لحساب المشترك السابق في اﻷمم المتحدة استحقاقات تقررها لجنة المصرف اﻹدارية مساوية في القيمة للمبلغ الذي دفعه الصندوق للمصرف بموجب هذا الاتفاق.

Whereas the Parties recognize that since the Fund has already remitted to the USSR Social Security Fund the actuarial equivalent of the accrued pension rights in the Fund of the transferees concerned, the costs of any entitlements to be established under the present Agreement shall be the financial responsibility of the Russian Federation and shall not be borne by the Fund;
وحيث أن الطرفين يسلمان بأنه لما كان الصندوق قد سدد بالفعل الى صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي في اتحاد الجمهوريات الاشتراكية السوفياتية المعادل الاكتواري لحقوق في المعاشات التقاعدية المستحقة في الصندوق للمنقولة حقوقهم، فإن المسؤولية المالية عن التكاليف المتعلقة بأي استحقاقات تتقرر بموجب هذا الاتفاق تقع على عاتق الاتحاد الروسي ولا يتحملها الصندوق؛
