2. The Secretary-General shall maintain a permanent record of information brought to the attention of the Committee under the present rule and shall make the information available to any member of the Committee upon request.
2- يحتفظ الأمين العام بسجل دائم للمعلومات التي وُجّه إليها اهتمام اللجنة بموجب هذه المادة ويتيح هذه المعلومات لأي عضو من أعضاء اللجنة بناء على طلبه.

8. Within such time-limit as indicated by the Committee or the working group or a special rapporteur designated under rule 106, paragraph 3, the State party or the author of a communication may be afforded an opportunity to comment on any submission received from the other party pursuant to a request made under the present rule.
٨ - قد تتاح للدولة الطرف أو لمقدم البلاغ الفرصة للتعليق على أية رسالة واردة من الدولة الطرف عملا بطلب مقدم بموجب هذه المادة وذلك في حدود الفترات الزمنية التي تحددها اللجنة أو الفريق العامل أو المقرر الخاص المعينين بموجب الفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٠٦.

The rules of procedure of the Committee shall apply, as appropriate, to the meetings of the working group(s) established under the present rule and to the activities of the designated rapporteur(s).
2- وينطبق النظام الداخلي للجنة، حسب الاقتضاء، على اجتماعات الفريق العامل المنشأ (الأفرقة العاملة المنشأة) بموجب هذه المادة وعلى أنشطة المقرر المعيَّن (المقررين المعيّنين).

10. Within such time limit as indicated by the Committee or the Working Group or Rapporteur(s) designated under rule 112, paragraph 3, the State party or the complainant may be afforded an opportunity to comment on any submission received from the other party pursuant to a request made under the present rule.
10- يجوز، في غضون المهلة التي تحددها اللجنة أو الفريق العامل أو المقرر المعين (المقررون المعينون) بموجب الفقرة 3 من المادة 112، إتاحة الفرصة للدولة الطرف أو مقدم الشكوى للتعليق على أي معلومات ترد من الطرف الآخر وذلك بناء على طلب يقدم بموجب هذه المادة.
