2. under the provisions of the present Ordinance " strategic goods " means:

4. The account balance of the former Fund participant in the Provident Fund shall be credited with the full amount of the payment made by the Pension Fund to the Provident Fund under the provisions of the present agreement.
4 - يسدد رصيد حساب المشترك السابق في صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى صندوق الادخار بالقيمة الكاملة للمبلغ الذي يدفعه صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية لصندوق الادخار طبقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

A party which claims that a treaty is invalid or which alleges a ground for terminating, withdrawing from or suspending the operation of a treaty under the provisions of the present articles must notify the other parties of its claim.
' ' 1 - على الطرف الذي يدعي بطلان معاهدة أو يستظهر بسبب لإنهاء معاهدة أو الانسحاب بها أو تعليق نفاذها بموجب أحكام هذه المواد أن يخطر الأطراف الأخرى بدعواه.

2. Resolves that the Secretary-General shall report to the Advisory Committee and to the General Assembly at its fifty-third and fifty-fourth sessions all commitments made under the provisions of the present resolution, together with the circumstances relating thereto, and shall submit supplementary estimates to the Assembly in respect of such commitments;
٢ - تقرر أن يقدم اﻷمين العام تقريرا إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية وإلى الجمعية العامة في دورتيها الثالثة والخمسين والرابعة والخمسين عن جميع الالتزامات التي تعقد بموجب أحكام هذا القرار، مشفوعة بالملابسات المتعلقة بها، وأن يقدم تقديرات تكميلية إلى الجمعية بشأن هذه الالتزامات؛

2. Resolves that the Secretary-General shall report to the Advisory Committee and to the General Assembly at its sixty-fifth and sixty-sixth sessions all commitments made under the provisions of the present resolution, together with the circumstances relating thereto, and shall submit supplementary estimates to the Assembly in respect of such commitments;
2 - تقرر أن يقدم الأمين العام تقريراً إلى اللجنة الاستشارية وإلى الجمعية العامة في دورتيها الخامسة والستين والسادسة والستين عن جميع الالتزامات التي يدخل فيها بموجب أحكام هذا القرار، إلى جانب الظروف المحيطة بها، وأن يقدم تقديرات تكميلية إلى الجمعية العامة بشأن هذه الالتزامات؛

4. A secondary cash balance account shall be established under the SRP for the former Fund participant, and that account shall be credited with the full amount of the payment made by the Pension Fund to the SRP under the provisions of the present agreement.
4 - يُفتح حساب إضافي برصيد نقدي في إطار الخطة للمشترك السابق في الصندوق، ويقيد فيه كامل المبلغ الذي سدده صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى الخطة بموجب أحكام هذا الاتفاق.

Resolves that the Secretary-General shall report to the Advisory Committee and to the General Assembly at its fifty-first and fifty-second sessions all commitments made under the provisions of the present resolution, together with the circumstances relating thereto, and shall submit supplementary estimates to the Assembly in respect of such commitments;
٢ - تقرر أن يقدم اﻷمين العام تقريرا إلى اللجنة الاستشارية وإلى الجمعية العامة في دورتيها الحادية والخمسين والثانية والخمسين عن جميع الالتزامات التي تعقد بموجب أحكام هذا القرار، مشفوعة بالملابسات المتعلقة بها، وأن يقدم تقديرات تكميلية إلى الجمعية بشأن هذه الالتزامات؛

٢ - تقرر أن يقدم اﻷمين العام تقريرا إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية وإلى الجمعية العامة في دورتيها الحادية والخمسين والثانية والخمسين عن جميع الالتزامات التي تعقد بموجب أحكام هذا القرار، مشفوعة بالملابسات المتعلقة بها، وأن يقدم تقديرات تكميلية إلى الجمعية بشأن هذه الالتزامات؛

٢ - تقرر أن يقوم اﻷمين العام بإبلاغ اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية والجمعية العامة في دورتيها التاسعة واﻷربعين والخمسين بجميع الالتزامات المعقودة بموجب أحكام هذا القرار، هي والظروف المتعلقة بها، وأن يقدم تقديرات تكميلية الى الجمعية العامة فيما يتعلق بهذه الالتزامات؛

4. Resolves that the Secretary-General and the Advisory Committee shall report to the General Assembly on any exercise of the commitment authority given under the provisions of the present resolution, together with the circumstances relating thereto, in the context of the next report submitted to the Assembly on the financing of the relevant peace-keeping operation;
٤ - تقرر أن يقدم اﻷمين العام واللجنة الاستشارية، في سياق التقرير التالي المقدم الى الجمعية العامة عن تمويل عملية حفظ السلام ذات الصلة، تقارير إلى الجمعية عن أي ممارسة لصلاحية الالتزام تمنح بموجب أحكام هذا القرار، متضمنة الظروف المتصلة بها؛

2. Resolves that the Secretary-General shall report to the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions and to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth and fiftieth sessions all commitments made under the provisions of the present resolution, together with the circumstances relating thereto, and shall submit supplementary estimates to the Assembly in respect of such commitments;

٥ - تقرر أن يقدم اﻷمين العام واللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية تقارير الى الجمعية العامة بشأن أي ممارسة لسلطة الالتزام يؤذن بها بموجب أحكام هذا القرار، مشفوعة بالظروف المتصلة بها، وذلك في سياق التقرير التالي المقدم الى الجمعية العامة بشأن تمويل عملية حفظ السلم ذات الصلة؛

2. Resolves that the Secretary-General shall report to the Advisory Committee and to the General Assembly at its fifty-ninth and sixtieth sessions all commitments made under the provisions of the present resolution, together with the circumstances relating thereto, and shall submit supplementary estimates to the Assembly in respect of such commitments;
2 - تقرر أن يقدم الأمين العام تقريرا إلى اللجنة الاستشارية وإلى الجمعية العامة في دورتيها التاسعة والخمسين والستين عن جميع الالتزامات التي تعقد بموجب أحكام هذا القرار، مشفوعة بالملابسات المتعلقة بها، وأن يقدم تقديرات تكميلية إلى الجمعية بشأن هذه الالتزامات؛

4. The former Fund participant shall be credited with contributory service in the Provident Scheme, as calculated in accordance with article 23 bis of the Provident Scheme Regulations, determined to be equal in value to the amount paid by the Pension Fund to the Provident Scheme under the provisions of the present agreement.
4 - تحتسب للمشترك السابق في الصندوق مدة خدمة مدفوع عنها اشتراكات في صندوق الادخار، تحسب وفقا للمادة 23 مكررا من النظام الأساسي لصندوق الادخار، وتحدد بحيث تكون الاشتراكات المدفوعة عنها معادلة لقيمة المبلغ الذي يدفعه صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية لصندوق الادخار طبقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

“A reservation, in order to qualify as such under the provisions of the present articles, must be formulated in writing, and expressly stated as [a] reservation”.

" 1. A party which, under the provisions of the present Convention, invokes either a defect in its consent to be bound by a treaty or a ground for impeaching the validity of a treaty, terminating it, withdrawing from it or suspending its operation, must notify the other parties of its claim.
