21. The SBSTA recognized the need for the Nairobi work programme to further support work carried out under the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) and, as appropriate, possible future work of the Adaptation Committee through the provision of scientific and technical information on impacts, vulnerability and adaptation to climate change.
21- وأقرت الهيئة الفرعية بضرورة أن يواصل برنامج عمل نيروبي دعم العمل الذي يُنجَز في إطار الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ وتوفير الدعم، عند الاقتضاء، للأعمال المستقبلية التي قد تضطلع بها لجنة التكيف، وذلك عن طريق تقديم المعلومات التقنية والعلمية عن تأثيرات تغير المناخ والقابلية للتأثر به والتكيف معه.

Measure the technology transfer, including development, application and diffusion, in units established according to indicators being developed under the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) and the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, and the agreed full incremental costs for technology transferred to developing country Parties shall be reported in units of an agreed common currency;

وإذ يشير أيضاً إلى المقرر 1/م أ-16، الذي ينص على وضع عملية دولية في إطار الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ لتقييم واستعراض الانبعاثات وعمليات إزالتها من منظور الأهداف الكمية لخفض الانبعاثات على نطاق الاقتصاد في البلدان المتقدمة الأطراف، وفق أسلوب صارم ومتين وشفاف ومع مراعاة الظروف الوطنية، بغية تعزيز إمكانية المقارنة وبناء الثقة،
