1. The Report of the Republic of Moldova for the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines stipulated in the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) resolution 5/1 and the General Guidelines for the preparation of information under the UPR (A/HRC/6/L.24).

I. METHODOLOGY 1. The Republic of Serbia's report under the Universal Periodic Review was prepared in accordance with the guidelines set out in Human Rights Council resolution 5/1 of June 18, 2007 and General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the UPR (document A/HRC/6/L.24).

The High Commissioner observed that several of the challenges Barbados itself had identified in the preparation of its national report under the UPR in 2008 remained, including: " issues relating to discrimination, stigmatization and marginalization " ; " the lack of adequate sanctions for sexual harassment " ; and " the psychological and physical impact which domestic violence has on children " .

56. INSAN, HRW and Alkarama noted that recommendations relating to administrative detention under the UPR had not been implemented and Alkarama that proposals from the Interior Ministry in 2011 to restrict it were never submitted to Parliament.
