This will include an informal consultation, open to all Parties, to consider issues that have been raised by Parties included in Annex I to the Convention undergoing the process of transition to a market economy and Parties whose special circumstances are recognized by the COP.

19. The Chair further reported that the Vice-Chair had facilitated consultations involving Parties included in Annex I to the Convention undergoing the process of transition to a market economy and Parties whose special circumstances are recognized by the COP, and that these consultations were to continue at AWG-LCA 12.

45. Treatment of Parties included in Annex I undergoing the process of transition to a market economy and Parties with special circumstances.
45- معاملة الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول التي تمر بمرحلة انتقال إلى اقتصاد السوق، والأطراف التي لديها ظروف خاصة.

* Signifies that Kazakhstan is one of the countries that are undergoing the process of transition to a market economy.
* تعني العلامة أن كازاخستان من البلدان التي تمر بمرحلة انتقال إلى اقتصاد السوق.

That special status should be indicated in the same manner as had been done with the " countries that are undergoing the process of transition to a market economy " in Annex I to the Convention.
