17. The conclusions of an independent and external cost-benefit analysis of the UNEPnet/Mercure System, based on preliminary experience gained during the first five months of operation, were reported by the Executive Director to the UNEP Governing Council at its twentieth session.
17 - أبلغ المدير التنفيذي لمجلس إدارة برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة في دورته العشرين الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها تحليل مستقل وخارجي لجدوى تكاليف شبكة برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة/نظام ميركيور، استنادا إلى الخبرة الأولية المكتسبة خلال الأشهر الخمسة الأولى في تشغيل هذا النظام.

9. Also encourages the Executive Director to expand co-funded efforts with partner organizations of the United Nations Environment Programme for discussion on the continued implementation, operation and utilization of UNEPnet/Mercure;
