5. It should be emphasized that expanding the number of UNIDO Desks in the phased manner indicated above will enable this expansion to take place without the need to consider the closure of any existing UNIDO offices.
5- وينبغي التشديد على أن زيادة عدد مكاتب اليونيدو المصغّرة بالطريقة الممرحلة المبيّنة أعلاه ستتيح تحقيق تلك الزيادة دون حاجة إلى النظر في إغلاق أي من مكاتب اليونيدو الحالية.

5- وقد أوفد المفتشون بعثات إلى مقرّ اليونيدو في فيينا وإلى مكاتب اليونيدو الميدانية في اطار أعمالهم التحضيرية لاعداد التقرير.

24- وفي حين أعرب عن التقدير لما بُذل من جهود لمعالجة مسألة اللامركزية، ذكر أنه ينبغي أن تفضي عملية اللامركزية إلى إنشاء مزيد من مكاتب اليونيدو في أفريقيا ومناطق أخرى وإلى تعزيز الأنشطة الإقليمية.

10- وقد أبرمت اليونيدو معاهدات، كاتفاقات التعاون الأساسية المعهودة مع الدول الأعضاء، والاتفاقات المتعلقة بإنشاء مكاتب اليونيدو لترويج الاستثمار ومكاتب اليونيدو المحلية والاقليمية في الدول الأعضاء، واتفاقات العلاقة مع المنظمات الحكومية الدولية.

Since 2007, UNIDO has changed the names of its offices in Brussels, Geneva and New York, from UNIDO Liaison Offices to UNIDO offices in (Brussels, Geneva and New York), as it was believed that the wide range of responsibilities assigned to these offices is not adequately reflected in the word " liaison " .
32- ومنذ عام 2007، غيّرت اليونيدو أسماء مكاتبها في بروكسل وجنيف ونيويورك من مكاتب الاتصال التابعة لليونيدو إلى مكاتب اليونيدو (بروكسل وجنيف ونيويورك)، إذ رُئي أنّ الطائفة الواسعة من المسؤوليات الموكلة إلى تلك المكاتب ليست مُجسَّدة بشكل مناسب في كلمة " اتصال " .
