(b) Decided, in accordance with Article 19.1 (b) of the Constitution and the guidelines for the relationship of UNIDO with intergovernmental, governmental, non-governmental and other organizations (General Conference decision GC.1/Dec.41, annex, para. 17) to grant consultative status with UNIDO to the following four non-governmental organizations:
(ب) قرر، وفقا للمادة 19-1 (ب) من الدستور والمبادئ التوجيهية لعلاقة اليونيدو بالمنظمات الدولية - الحكومية والمنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية وسائر المنظمات (مرفق مقرر المؤتمر العام م ع-1/م-41، الفقرة 17)، منح المنظمات غير الحكومية الأربع التالية مركزا استشاريا لدى اليونيدو:

His delegation welcomed the improved cooperation of UNIDO with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
وأعرب عن ترحيب وفد بلده بتحسّن تعاون اليونيدو مع بلدان أوروبا الوسطى والشرقية وكومنولث الدول المستقلة.

(iii) To enhance the cooperation arrangements of UNIDO with other international, regional and subregional organizations in the relevant areas of UNIDO activities;

(c) Requested that the policymaking organs be kept informed of developments relevant to UNIDO with respect to International Public Sector Accounting Standards.
(ج) يطلب إطلاع أجهزة تقرير السياسات باستمرار على التطوّرات التي تهمّ اليونيدو فيما يخص المعايير المحاسبية الدولية للقطاع العام.

Nigeria urged all Member States to provide UNIDO with all the support it needed to achieve its mandate.

Relations with international NGOs are governed by Article 19 of the Constitution of UNIDO and the Guidelines for the Relationship of UNIDO with IGOs, NGOs and other organizations, as contained in decision GC.1/Dec.41.
