1- رفض قانون ما يسمى " محاسبة سورية " واعتباره تجاوزاً لمبادئ القانون الدولي وقرارات الأمم المتحدة وميثاق جامعة الدول العربية وتغليباً للقوانين الأمريكية على القانون الدولي.
