٥ - تطلب الى برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي أن يواصل تقديم مساعدته التقنية الى جزر فرجن البريطانية مع مراعاة سرعة تأثر اﻹقليم بالعوامل الاقتصادية الخارجية وندرة اليد العاملة الماهرة فيه؛

" 5. Requests the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme to consider providing the consultative meeting with a review of the United Nations Fund for Science and Technology for Development aimed at redefining its role in this context;
" ٥ - تطلب من مدير برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي أن ينظر في تزويد الاجتماع الاستشاري باستعراض لصندوق اﻷمم المتحدة لتسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا ﻷغراض التنمية يرمي إلى إعادة تحديد دوره في هذا الشأن؛

8. Requests the United Nations Development Programme to cooperate to the maximum extent possible with all actors in the field of development cooperation, in particular the United Nations funds, programmes and specialized agencies, in order to foster synergies, avoid duplication and make optimal use of available resources;
٨ - يطلب إلى برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي أن يتعاون إلى أقصى حد ممكن مع جميع الجهات العاملة في حقل التعاون اﻹنمائي، وخاصة صناديق اﻷمم المتحدة وبرامجها ووكالاتها المتخصصة، من أجل تشجيع التآزرات وتجنب الازدواجية والاستفادة من الموارد المتاحة إلى أمثل حد؛

Requests the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme to include in his biennial report to the High-level Committee at its twelfth session information on progress made in the implementation of the new directions strategy for technical cooperation among developing countries, with emphasis on the implementation of the present decision.
٩١ - تطلب إلى مدير برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي أن يضمﱢن تقريره الذي يقدم كل سنتين إلى اللجنة الرفيعة المستوى في دورتها الثانية عشرة معلومات عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ استراتيجية الاتجاهات الجديدة للتعاون التقني فيما بين البلدان النامية، مع إيلاء تركيز على تنفيذ هذا المقرر.
