Accordingly, donor countries should take steps to halt the decline in official development assistance to those countries and meet their commitments, in line with established United Nations targets.
ولذا ينبغي أن تتخذ البلدان المانحة خطوات لوقف تناقص المساعدة اﻹنمائية الرسمية المقدمة إلى هذه البلدان والوفاء بالتزاماتها، على النحو الذي يتمشى مع اﻷهداف التي حددتها اﻷمم المتحدة.

3. Reiterates the importance of mobilizing new and additional resources from all sources for implementing conference outcomes and, in this regard, reaffirms the commitments undertaken to fulfil as soon as possible the agreed United Nations targets for official development assistance, and stresses the need for further progress in implementing the 20/20 initiative for interested countries;

Although the percentage of women in the technical units remains low, the proportion in subject areas more traditionally related to women, such as the Economic and Social Policy Department (21 per cent), the Department of General Affairs and Information (38 per cent), and the Administration and Finance Department (31 per cent), is more in line with United Nations targets.
