We call upon all Governments and the international community to ensure:
ونطلب إلى جميع الحكومات وإلى المجتمع الدولي كفالة ما يلي:

11. Calls upon all Governments to take an active part in the Conference and its preparatory process, in particular by:
١١ - تطلب إلى جميع الحكومات أن تضطلع بدور نشط في المؤتمر وفي عملية التحضير له، وذلك بوجه خاص عن طريق ما يلي:

1. Calls upon all Governments in a position to do so to consider signing and ratifying or acceding to the Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights;
تطلب إلى جميع الحكومات التي هي في وضع يتيح لها القيام بذلك، أن تنظر في التوقيع على البروتوكول الاختياري الثاني للعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، أو أن تصدق عليه أو أن تنضم إليه،

8. Calls upon all Governments to cooperate with the Independent Expert, and invites them to provide him/her with all the necessary information related to the mandate;
8- يطلب إلى جميع الحكومات التعاون مع الخبير المستقل ويدعوها إلى أن تقدم له جميع المعلومات اللازمة ذات الصلة بولايته؛

For several years now, the Commission has called upon all Governments to facilitate the activities of the Representative, in particular those Governments with situations of internal displacement which have not yet extended invitations or responded positively to requests for information from the Representative.

21. Calls upon all Governments and all parties to cooperate fully with the Special Representative in carrying out his work;
21- تطلب إلى جميع الحكومات وجميع الأطراف أن تتعاون تعاوناً كاملاً مع الممثل الخاص في اضطلاعه بعمله؛

15. Calls upon all Governments and intergovernmental organizations, with the assistance of non-governmental organizations, as appropriate, to supply relevant information to the Special Rapporteur to enable him to fulfil his mandate;
١٥ - تطلب إلى جميع الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية أن تقوم، مستعينة بالمنظمات غير الحكومية، حسب الاقتضاء، بتزويد المقرر الخاص بالمعلومات ذات الصلة كيما تمكنه من الاضطلاع بولايته؛

We call upon all Governments to agree that this meeting marks the beginning of the phase-out of fossil fuels and their replacement by renewable energy.
ونحن نطلب إلى جميع الحكومات أن توافق على أن يسجل هذا الاجتماع بداية أفول الوقود اﻷحفوري والاستعاضة عنه بالطاقة المتجددة.

It will continue to monitor closely the situation in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, and calls upon all Governments concerned to provide the Working Group with more detailed information as the investigation into the incident proceeds.
