6. Also requests the Centre for Human Rights to establish, upon the request of States concerned, United Nations centres for human rights documentation and training and to do so on the basis of established procedures for the use of available resources within the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Advisory Services and Technical Assistance in the Field of Human Rights;
٦ - تطلب أيضا إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان أن ينشئ، بناء على طلب الدول المعنية، مراكز لﻷمم المتحدة للوثائق والتدريب في ميدان حقوق اﻹنسان، وأن يقوم بذلك على أساس اﻹجراءات المعمول بها بشأن استخدام الموارد المتاحة، في إطار صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة للتبرعات للخدمات الاستشارية والمساعدة التقنية في ميدان حقوق اﻹنسان؛

6. Emphasizes that the discussion to promote technical cooperation and capacity-building in the Human Rights Council should be based on consultations with and the consent of the States concerned, and should take into account their needs and aim to make a concrete impact on the ground, while technical assistance -shall be provided upon the request of States concerned;
6- يشدد على أن المناقشة التي تجري في مجلس حقوق الإنسان لتعزيز التعاون التقني وبناء القدرات ينبغي أن تستند إلى مشاورات تُعقَد مع الدول المعنية وبرضاها، كما ينبغي أن تراعي احتياجاتها وأن تهدف إلى إحداث أثر ملموس على أرض الواقع، على أن يكون تقديم المساعدة التقنية بناءً على طلب الدول المعنية؛
