The Special Rapporteur strongly supports these recommendations and urges States to take action to reflect these restrictions in domestic law.

3. urges States to take appropriate action to control trade in acetic anhydride, in accordance with the measures adopted by the General Assembly, at its twentieth special session, in resolution S-20/4 B, and to provide active support to Operation Topaz;
3- تحث الدول على اتخاذ اجراء مناسب لمراقبة التجارة بأنهيدريد الخل، وفقا للتدابير التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة، في القرار د إ-20/4 باء، في دورتها الاستثنائية العشرين، وعلى تقديم دعم نشط لعملية توباز؛

4. urges States to take the necessary measures to sanction employers for the confiscation of passports belonging to migrant workers, in particular migrant domestic workers;
٤- تحث الدول على اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لمعاقبة أصحاب العمل على حجز جوازات السفر العائدة للعمال المهاجرين، وخاصة العمال المهاجرين المنزليين؛

1. urges States to take all measures necessary to ensure the effective protection of persons with albinism, and their family members;
1- يحث الدول على اتخاذ جميع التدابير الضرورية لضمان توفير حماية فعالة للأشخاص المصابين بالمهق ولأفراد أسرهم؛

80. Bearing in mind that the Durban Programme of Action urges States to take concrete steps to do away with racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in the workplace, ensure the full equality of all before the law, and clear away other obstacles, the Seminar recommends the following measures to States:
80- بالنظر إلى أن برنامج عمل ديربان يحث الدول على اتخاذ خطوات ملموسة للقضاء على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب في مواقع العمل، وضمان المساواة التامة بين الجميع أمام القانون، وإزالة كافة العقبات الأخرى، توصي الحلقة الدراسية بأن تتخذ الدول التدابير التالية:

٤ - تحث أيضا الدول على أن تتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي لمنع ارتكاب أية أعمال عنف ضد البعثات والممثلين والموظفين المذكورين في الفقرة ٢ أعلاه، وعلى تقديم الجناة الى القضاة؛

4. urges States to take meaningful steps to address the harmful attitudes, customs, practices, stereotypes and unequal power relations that underlie and perpetuate rape and other forms of sexual violence by, inter alia:
4- يحثّ الدول على أن تتخذ خطوات هادفة للتصدِّي للمواقف والعادات والممارسات والقوالب النمطية الضارة وانعدام التكافؤ في علاقات القوى، بوصفها أسباب أساسية للاغتصاب وغيره من أشكال العنف الجنسي ولاستمرارها، وذلك بوسائل منها ما يلي:

33. Strongly condemns the fact that slavery and slavery-like practices still exist today in parts of the world and urges States to take immediate measures as a matter of priority to end such practices, which constitute flagrant violations of human rights;
33 - تدين بقوة استمرار العبودية والممارسات الشبيهة بها اليوم في أجزاء من العالم، وتحث الدول على أن تتخذ تدابير فورية، على سبيل الأولوية، لوقف هذه الممارسات التي تشكل انتهاكا فاضحا لحقوق الإنسان؛

31. urges States to take the necessary measures to sanction employers for the confiscation of passports belonging to migrant workers, in particular migrant domestic workers;
١٣- تحث الدول على أن تتخذ ما يلزم من التدابير لمجازاة أصحاب العمل على مصادرة جوازات سفر العمال المهاجرين، ولا سيما العاملين منهم في الخدمة المنزلية؛

" Recalling its resolution 48/102 of 20 December 1993 in which, inter alia, it condemns the practice of smuggling aliens and urges States to take appropriate steps to frustrate the objectives and activities of smugglers of aliens,
" إذ تشير إلى قرارها ٨٤/٢٠١ المؤرخ ٠٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٣٩٩١ الذي أدانت فيه، في جملة أمور، تهريب اﻷجانب وحثت الدول على اتخاذ التدابير المناسبة ﻹحباط أهداف وأنشطة القائمين بتهريب اﻷجانب،

Recognizes with deep concern the persistence of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against Roma/Gypsies/Sinti/Travellers, and the violence affecting these communities and urges States to take concrete measures to prevent, combat and eradicate these scourges and to provide access to just and effective remedies and special protection to the victims;
84- يُدرك بقلق شديد استمرار العنصرية، والتمييز العنصري، وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب ضد الروما/الغجر/السنتي/الرّحَّل، والعنف الذي تتعرض له هذه الجماعات، ويحث الدول على اتخاذ تدابير ملموسة لمنع هذه الآفات ومكافحتها والقضاء عليها وتمكين الضحايا من الوصول إلى سُبُل الانتصاف العادلة والفعالة وإلى الحماية الخاصة؛
