The members of the Commission would have the status of experts on mission in accordance with article VI of the Convention and any staff of the Secretariat attached to the Commission would have the status of officials in accordance with articles V and VII of the Convention.
وسوف يتمتع أعضاء اللجنة بمركز خبراء البعثات وفقا للمادة السادسة من الاتفاقية ويتمتع بالمركز ذاته أي موظفين تابعين لﻷمانة العامة يلحقون باللجنة وفقا للمادتين الخامسة والسابعة من الاتفاقية.

3. The staff of the Prosecutor and of the Registrar shall enjoy the privileges and immunities accorded to officials of the United Nations under articles V and VII of the Convention referred to in paragraph 1 of this article.
٣ - يتمتع موظفو المدعي العام وموظفو المسجل بالامتيازات والحصانات الممنوحة لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة بموجب المادتين الخامسة والسابعة من الاتفاقية المشار إليها في الفقرة ١ من هذه المادة.

7. The General Assembly, by its resolution 3188 (XXVIII) of 18 December 1973, approved " the granting of the privileges and immunities referred to in articles V and VII of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations to the members of the Joint Inspection Unit and the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions " .
