23. Ghana's official policy and measures engender and promote full respect for and protection of places of worship and religious sites, cemeteries and shrines, and it takes measures in cases where they are vulnerable to vandalism or destruction.
23 - والسياسة والتدابير الرسمية في غانا توفّر وتشجع الاحترام التام والحماية لأماكن العبادة والمواقع والمقابر والمزارات الدينية، وتتخذ غانا التدابير اللازمة في حالة تعرّضها للتخريب أو التدمير.

97. Virtually all responses indicated that States are adopting measures and policies to promote respect for and protection of places of worship and religious sites, cemeteries and shrines, and to take measures in cases where they are vulnerable to vandalism or destruction.
97 - وتبين جميع الردود تقريبا أن الدول تعتمد تدابير وسياسات لتعزيز احترام وحماية دور العبادة والمواقع والمقابر والمزارات الدينية، والتصرف في حالة تعرضها للتخريب أو التدمير.

٩٧ - وأفادت بعض الدول الأعضاء بأنها تتخذ تدابير وتعتمد سياسات لتعزيز الاحترام التام لأماكن العبادة والمواقع والمقابر والمزارات الدينية وحمايتها، وأنها تتخذ تدابير للحماية إذا كانت هذه الأماكن معرضة للتخريب أو التدمير.

8. In relation to paragraph 7 of General Assembly resolution 66/167 concerning " measures and policies to promote the full respect for and protection of places of worship and religious sites, cemeteries and shrines, and to take measures in cases where they are vulnerable to vandalism or destruction " , Law 599 of 2000 of the Criminal Code classifies crimes against religious sentiment and respect for the dead.
8 - وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 7 من قرار الجمعية العامة 66/167، المتعلقة باتخاذ " تدابير وسياسات لتعزيز الاحترام التام لأماكن العبادة والمواقع الدينية والمقابر والمزارات وحمايتها، واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة في الحالات التي تكون فيها معرضة للتخريب أو التدمير " ، يقدم القانون 599 لعام 2000 من القانون الجنائي تصنيفا للجرائم التي تنتهك المشاعر الدينية وحرمة الموتى.
