(l) To promote, through education and other means, mutual understanding, tolerance, non-discrimination and respect in all matters relating to freedom of religion or belief by encouraging, in society at large, a wider knowledge of the diversity of religions and beliefs and of the history, traditions, languages and cultures of the various religious minorities existing within their jurisdiction;

More generally, States should take appropriate measures in the field of education in order to encourage a wider knowledge in the society at large of the history, traditions, language and culture of the various religious minorities existing within their territory.
وعموما، ينبغي أن تتخذ الدول التدابير المناسبة في ميدان التعليم بغية تشجيع زيادة المعرفة في المجتمع بصفة عامة عن تاريخ الأقليات الدينية العديدة القائمة في أراضيها. ولغاتها وثقافاتها.
