75. More significantly, the Conference had agreed on some practical steps for the systematic and progressive efforts to implement article VI of the Treaty and paragraphs 3 and 4 (c) of the 1995 decision on Principles and Objectives for Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament.
75 - وأشار إلى أن الأهم من ذلك أن المؤتمر وافق على بعض الخطوات العملية بشأن الجهود المنهجية والتدريجية لتنفيذ المسادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و 4 (ج) من القرار 1995 بشأن مبادئ وأهداف عدم انتشار السلاح النووي.

The 2000 Review Conference had recommended a number of practical steps to implement the provisions of article VI of the Treaty and paragraphs 3 and 4 (c) of the 1995 decision on principles and objectives for nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament.
وقد أوصى المؤتمر الاستعراضي لعام 2000 بعدد من الخطوات العملية لتنفيذ أحكام المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و 4 (ج) من قرار عام 1995 بشأن مبادئ وأهداف عدم الانتشار النووي ونزع السلاح النووي.

4. Moreover, the Review Conference agreed on practical steps for the systematic and progressive efforts to implement article VI of the Treaty and paragraphs 2 and 4 (c) of the 1995 decision on the principles and objectives for nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament.
4 - وعلاوة على ذلك، وافق مؤتمر الاستعراض على اتخاذ الخطوات العملية الرامية إلى بذل جهود منهجية وتدريجية لتنفيذ المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 2 و 4 (ج) من قرار عام 1995 بشأن مبادئ وأهداف عدم الانتشار ونزع الأسلحة النووية.

9. States parties remained committed to implementing article VI of the Treaty and paragraphs 3 and 4 (c) of the 1995 Decision on " Principles and objectives of nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament " and the Final Document of the 2000 Review Conference.
9 - وأُشير إلى أن الدول الأطراف لا تزال ملتزمة بتنفيذ المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و 4 (ج) من مقرر عام 1995 بشأن " مبادئ وأهداف عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية ونزع السلاح النووي " والوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر استعراض معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لعام 2000.

5- ووافق مؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة لعام 2000 على سلسلة من 13 خطوة عملية من أجل بذل جهود منهجية وتدريجية لتنفيذ المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و4(ج) من مقرر عام 1995 بشأن " المبادئ والأهداف المتعلقة بعدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية ونزع السلاح " .

1 - في المؤتمر الاستعراضي لأطراف معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لعام 2000، اتفقت الدول الأطراف على عدد من الخطوات العملية فيما يتصل بالجهود المنهجية والتدريجية لتنفيذ المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و 4 (ج) من مقرّر عام 1995 المعنون " مبادئ وأهداف منع الانتشار ونزع السلاح النوويين " .

Disappointment was expressed in the progress made in implementing the practical steps for the systematic and progressive efforts to implement article VI of the Treaty and paragraphs 3 and 4 (c) of the 1995 Decision on " Principles and objectives for nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament " , as agreed at the 2000 Review Conference.
وأعرِب عن خيبة الأمل إزاء ما أُحرِز من تقدم في القيام بالخطوات العملية نحو بذل الجهود المنهجيـــــة والتدريجية الراميـــــة إلى تطبيق المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و 4 (ج) من مقرر عام 1995 بشأن " مبادئ وأهداف عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية ونزع السلاح النووي " ، على نحو ما اتُفق عليه في مؤتــــمر استعراض معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لعام 2000.

11. States parties remained committed to implementing article VI of the Treaty and paragraphs 3 and 4 (c) of the 1995 Decision on " Principles and objectives for nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament " and the Final Document of the 2000 Review Conference, in particular the unequivocal undertaking and the 13 practical steps for systematic and progressive efforts to implement nuclear disarmament that were agreed to.
11 - ظلت الدول الأطراف ملتزمة بتنفيذ المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و 4 (ج) من قرار 1995 بشأن " مبادئ وأهداف عدم الانتشار ونزع السلاح النووي " والوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2000، ولا سيما التعهد الصريح والخطوات العملية الـ 13 للجهود المنهجية والتدريجية لتنفيذ نزع السلاح النووي التي اتفق عليها.

31. In those circumstances, it was vital for the nuclear-weapon States to commence, without further delay, to give effect to the 13 practical steps agreed at the 2000 Conference, with a view to ensuring systematic progress in the implementation of article VI of the Treaty and paragraphs 3 and 4 (c) of its 1995 decision on the principles and objectives for nuclear nonproliferation and disarmament.
31- وفي ضوء هذه الظروف يتعين على الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية أن تبدأ دون تأخير تنفيذ الخطوات الثلاث عشرة المتفق عليها في مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2000 بغية إحراز تقدم منهجي في تنفيذ المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و4(ج) من القرار المعتمد في 1995 المتعلق بمبادئ وأهداف عدم الانتشار النووي ونزع السلاح النووي.

6. The 1995 outcome was further strengthened with the adoption of the Final Document of the 2000 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty, which included practical steps for systematic and progressive efforts to implement article VI of the Treaty and paragraphs 3 and 4 (c) of the 1995 decision entitled " Principles and objectives for nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament " .
6 - ثم تعززت النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها عام 1995 باعتماد الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر الأطراف في المعاهدة لاستعراض المعاهدة عام 2000 التي تضمنت خطوات عملية لبذل جهود منتظمة ومتدرجة لتنفيذ المادة السادسة من المعاهدة والفقرتين 3 و 4 (ج) من المقرر المتخذ في عام 1995 المعنون " مبادئ وأهداف عدم الانتشار النووي ونزع السلاح النووي " .
