وعملاً بالمادة 108 المنقحة، يجوز للجنة أو فريقها العامل أو المقرر المعني بالشكاوى الجديدة والتدابير المؤقتة أن ترسل إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية طلباً بأن تتخذ هذه التدابير المؤقتة، حسبما تراه اللجنة ضرورياً لتفادي ضرر لا يمكن إصلاحه يلحق بضحية أو ضحايا الانتهاكات المدعاة.

1- يجوز للجنة، في أي وقت بعد تلقي بلاغ ما وقبل التوصل إلى قرار بشأن موضوع البلاغ، أن تحيل إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية طلباً باتخاذ التدابير المؤقتة التي ترى اللجنة ضرورة اتخاذها لتلافي وقوع ضرر يتعذر إصلاحه يلحق بضحية أو ضحايا الانتهاك المدعى حدوثه، وذلك لكي تنظر فيه تلك الدولة على وجه السرعة.

The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights will be able to request that States parties take interim measures as may be necessary in exceptional circumstances to avoid possibly irreparable damage to the victim or victims of the alleged violations, once the Optional Protocol enters into force.

6. The Committee may decide that the names and identifying details of the author or authors of a communication or the alleged victim or victims of a violation of the provisions of the Convention not be disclosed in its decisions declaring communications inadmissible or decisions on the merits or discontinuance.
6- يجوز للجنة أن تقرر عدم الكشف عن أسماء وبيانات هوية صاحب أو أصحاب البلاغ أو المُدعَى أنه ضحية أو أنهم ضحايا انتهاك أحكام الاتفاقية في قراراتها التي تعلن بموجبها عدم قبول البلاغ أو قراراتها بشأن الأسس الموضوعية أو بشأن وقف النظر في البلاغ.

6-1 هل ترغبون من اللجنة أن تطلب إلى الدولة اتخاذ تدابير تحفظية منعا لأي أضرار لا يمكن إصلاحها قد تلحق بضحية أو ضحايا الانتهاكات المزعومة أو بعناصر أخرى مفيدة لتيسير تحديد مكان المختفي؟

2- يجوز أيضاً لأي فريق عامل أو مقرر أن يطلب من الدولة الطرف المعنية أن تتخذ التدابير المؤقتة التي يرى الفريق العامل أو المقرر ضرورة اتخاذها لتلافي وقوع ضرر يتعذر إصلاحه يلحق بضحية أو ضحايا الانتهاك المدعى حدوثه.
