(b) Ensure that all child victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol are provided with adequate remedy without discrimination and reduce their vulnerability to being retrafficked and sexually exploited by establishing a strong monitoring and follow-up mechanism;
(ب) ضمان إتاحة سبل انتصاف مناسبة وخالية من التمييز لجميع الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري واعتماد الإجراءات اللازمة للحد من خطر تعرضهم مرة أخرى للاتجار والاستغلال الجنسي من خلال إنشاء آلية ثابتة للرصد والمتابعة؛

(c) Ensure that all child victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol are provided with access to adequate procedures to seek compensation, without discrimination, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 4 of the Optional Protocol.

41. 25. In spite of the lack of an explicit provision excluding the criminalization and penalization of child victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol, the issue of avoiding the criminalization and double victimization of child victims is among the most common concerns raised by the Committee in the dialogue with States parties.
25- على الرغم من عدم وجود حكم صريح يستبعد تجريم ومعاقبة الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري()، فإن مسألة تجنب تجريم الأطفال الضحايا وتجنب تحويلهم إلى ضحايا مرة ثانية من أكثر الشواغل التي أثارتها اللجنة في الحوار مع الدول الأطراف شيوعاً.

25. In spite of the lack of an explicit provision excluding the criminalization and penalization of child victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol, the issue of avoiding the criminalization and double victimization of child victims is among the most common concerns raised by the Committee in the dialogue with States parties.
25 - على الرغم من عدم وجود حكم صريح يستبعد تجريم ومعاقبة الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري()، فإن مسألة تجنب تجريم الأطفال الضحايا وتجنب تحويلهم إلى ضحايا مرة ثانية من أكثر الشواغل التي أثارتها اللجنة في الحوار مع الدول الأطراف شيوعاً.

(a) Provide more information in the next report on the budget allocations for the implementation of the Optional Protocol, in particular those addressed to services for child victims of the offences covered by the Protocol;
(أ) تضمين تقريرها القادم معلومات إضافية بشأن الموارد المخصصة في الميزانية لتنفيذ البروتوكول الاختياري، ولا سيما ما يكرس منها للخدمات المقدمة للأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول؛

(b) Provide access to shelters for child victims of the offences covered by the Protocol and ensure that children are separated from adults and that the staff of such shelters is provided with appropriate training, in particular legal and psychological training, in accordance with article 8, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol; and

39. While noting the efforts made to protect the rights of child victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol, the Committee is concerned that child victims of the offences under the Optional Protocol may not always be considered and treated in practice as victims as provided for in article 8 of the Optional Protocol and that little is done to avoid the marginalization and stigmatization of child victims.
39- مع ملاحظة اللجنة الجهود المبذولة لحماية حقوق الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المشمولة في البروتوكول الاختياري فإن اللجنة تشعر بالقلق لأن الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المذكورة في البروتوكول الاختياري قد لا يعتبرون في كل الأحوال ضحايا ولا يعاملون بهذه الصفة في الممارسة العملية على النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقـرة 8 من البروتوكـول الاختياري وأنه لا يجري عمل الكثير لتجنب تهميش الأطفال الضحايا ووصمهم.
