40. The Committee urges the State party to adopt appropriate measures to protect the rights and interests of child victims of the practices prohibited under the Optional Protocol at all stages of the criminal justice process.
40- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اعتماد التدابير الملائمة لحماية حقوق ومصالح الأطفال ضحايا الممارسات المحظورة بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري في كل مراحل إجراءات العدالة الجنائية.

27. Reports should contain information on the measures adopted by the State party to implement article 8 of the Protocol with a view to ensure that the rights and best interests of children who have been the victims of the practices prohibited under the present Protocol are fully recognized, respected and protected at all stages of criminal investigations and proceedings which concern them.
