11- وترى اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، طبقا للفقرة 4 من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، أنه يتبين من الوقائع المعروضة عليها حدوث انتهاكات للمادة 7 والفقرة 1 من المادة 10 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

In the light of the circumstances of the case, the Committee is of the view that the facts before it do not reveal any violation of article 14, paragraph 5, of the Covenant.
وفي ظل ظروف القضية، ترى اللجنة أنّ الوقائع المعروضة عليها لا تكشف عن أي انتهاك للفقرة 5 من المادة 14 من العهد.

21. In a letter dated 15 March 2000, the Permanent Representative of Gabon expressed the view that the facts in the report concerning his country were not supported by precise details as to help the Government to investigate the issue further.
