In that regard, article 8 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights provides that: " Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law. "
وتنص المادة 8 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان لعام 1948 في هذا الصدد على ما يلي: " لكل شخص حق اللجوء إلى المحاكم الوطنية المختصة لإنصافه الفعلي من أي أعمال تنتهك الحقوق الأساسية التي يمنحها إياه الدستور أو القانون``.

Under article 8, " everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law " .

59. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights recognizes that everyone has the right to an effective remedy from the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted to him or her.
59- يقر الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان بأن لكل شخص الحق في أن يلجأ إلى المحاكم لإنصافه عن الأعمال التي تنتهك الحقوق الأساسية الممنوحة له.

(ط) يُذَكّر بأن الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان يُقر بأن لكل إنسان الحق في اللجوء إلى المحاكم الوطنية المختصة لإنصافه الفعلي من أية أعمال تنتهك الحقوق الأساسية الممنوحة إياه؛
