He maintained that the above facts led to a violation of his rights under article 14, paragraph 1, of the Covenant.
وأكد أن الوقائع المذكورة أعلاه أدت إلى انتهاك حقوقه المكفولة بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 14 من العهد.

10.5 The author acknowledges that the Court of Cassation fully supported his allegations regarding the violation of his rights under article 14 during his trial by the CCCI.
10-5 ويعترف صاحب البلاغ بأن محكمة التمييز قد أيدت بالكامل ادعاءاته المتعلقة بانتهاك حقوقه المكفولة بموجب المادة 14 أثناء محاكمته أمام المحكمة الجنائية المركزية العراقية.

7.2 The author further notes that the State party failed to address his arguments regarding the violation of his rights under article 14 of the Covenant, claiming that his allegations are unfounded without presenting any reasons other than the fact that he had had the right to appeal against the judgment and in fact did so.
7-2 ويلاحظ صاحب البلاغ كذلك أن الدولة الطرف لم تتناول حججه المتعلِّقة بانتهاك حقوقه المنصوص عليها في المادة 14 من العهد، مدعية أن ادعاءاته لا تستند إلى أساس دون تقديم أية أسباب غير أنه كان له حق الطعن في الحكم وقد قام بذلك.

3.1 The author claims a violation of his rights under article 14, paragraph 1, as, according to him, his trial did not meet the basic requirements for a fair trial.
