virgin olive oils shall be classified and designated as follows:
وتصنف زيوت الزيتون البكر وتطلق عليها التسميات التالية:

B. Refined olive oil: olive oil obtained by refining virgin olive oils.
باء- زيت الزيتون المكرر: زيت الزيتون المستخلص بتكرير زيوت الزيتون البكر.

(i) Extra virgin olive oil;
`1` زيت الزيتون البكر الممتاز؛

(i) Extra virgin olive oil: virgin olive oil which has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 0.8 grams per 100 grams and the other characteristics of which correspond to those laid down for this category;
`1` زيت الزيتون البكر الممتاز: زيت الزيتون البكر الذي تبلغ حموضته الحرة المعبر عنها بحمض الأولييك 0.8 غرام في ال100 غرام كحد أقصى والذي تتفق خصائصه الأخرى مع تلك الخصائص المحددة لهذا الصنف؛

(ii) virgin olive oil: virgin olive oil which has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 2.0 grams per 100 grams and the other characteristics of which correspond to those laid down for this category;
`2` زيت الزيتون البكر: زيت الزيتون البكر الذي تبلغ حموضته الحرة المعبر عنها بحمض الأولييك 2.0 غرام في ال100 غرام كحد أقصى والذي تتفق خصائصه الأخرى مع الخصائص المحددة لهذا الصنف؛

C. Olive oil: oil consisting of a blend of refined olive oil and virgin olive oils fit for consumption as they are.
جيم- زيت الزيتون: زيت مكون من خلط زيت الزيتون المكرر بزيوت الزيتون البكر الصالحة للاستهلاك كما هي.

C. Olive-pomace oil: oil consisting of a blend of refined olive-pomace oil and virgin olive oils fit for consumption as they are.
جيم- زيت ثفل الزيتون: زيت مكون من خلط زيت ثفل الزيتون المكرر بزيوت الزيتون البكر الصالحة للاستهلاك كما هي.

4. Geographical indications, when given, may only be applied to virgin olive oils and to table olives belonging to the Extra trade category which are produced in accordance with the relevant provisions for these products.
4- لا يجوز تطبيق العلامات الجغرافية في حالة منحها، إلا على زيوت الزيتون البكر وزيتون المائدة من الدرجة التجارية الممتازة المنتجة وفقا للأحكام ذات الصلة بهذه المنتجات.
