2 - تمارِس أي منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي حقها في التصويت بشأن المسائل التي تدخل في نطاق اختصاصها، بإدلائها بعدد من الأصوات مساوٍ لعدد الدول الأعضاء فيها التي تكون أطرافاً في الاتفاقية.

2. A regional economic integration organization shall, on matters within its competence, exercise its right to vote with a number of votes equal to the number of its member States participating in the committee. Such an organization shall not exercise its right to vote if any of its member States exercises its right to vote, and vice versa.
2 - تمارس أي منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي حقها في التصويت، في المسائل التي تقع ضمن اختصاصها، بعدد أصوات يساوي عدد دولها الأعضاء المشاركة في اللجنة، ولا تمارس المنظمة حقها في التصويت إذا مارس أي من دولها الأعضاء حقه في التصويت، والعكس بالعكس.

٢- تقوم هذه المنظمات الحكومية الدولية، في حالة التصويت على مسائل تقع في اطار اختصاصها، بممارسة حقوقها التصويتية بعدد من اﻷصوات يساوي مجموع عدد اﻷصوات المسندة إلى الدول اﻷعضاء فيها وفقا للمادة ٤١.
