The Conference welcomed the existing co-operation between ISESCO, the General Secretariat of Waqfs, and the World Islamic Charity Foundation in Kuwait in the supervision and development of Waqfs, the organization of scientific and specialized conferences, and publishing relevant studies and research in Arabic, English and French.

The Diwan al-Zakat social care agency, alongside the Department of Waqfs and civil society organizations, was strengthening social protection by supporting sanitation projects, religious education and higher education and had become a powerful tool for eradicating poverty and achieving social justice.
وتعمل وكالة الرعاية الاجتماعية بديوان الزكاة، بالاشتراك مع هيئة الأوقاف ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، على تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية من خلال دعم مشاريع الصرف الصحي، والتعليم الديني، والتعليم العالي، وقد أصبحت أداة قوية للقضاء على الفقر وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية.

Demands that the necessary steps for the election of the administration board of the Waqfs be taken to enable their self-governance.

Having considered the contents of the working paper submitted by the Ministry of Waqfs and Islamic Affairs of the State of Qatar pertaining to setting up an International Islamic Authority on the Holy Quran;
وبعد أن درس محتويات ورقة العمل المقدمة من وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بدولة قطر بشأن مشروع إنشاء هيئة إسلامية عالمية للقرآن الكريم،

Demands that the necessary steps for the election of the administration board of the Waqfs by the Turkish Muslim Minority, be taken to enable their self-governance.
2 - يطالب باتخاذ الخطوات الضرورية لانتخاب مجلس إدارة الأوقاف من أجل تدبيـر شؤونها تدبيـرا ذاتياً.

(2) Religious programmes are prepared on the basis of collaboration between television and radio and the guidance sector of the Ministry of Waqfs with a view to spreading values of religious tolerance and criticizing extremism;

إذ يدرك الدور الرائد الذي قام به نظام الأوقاف الإسلامية في إثراء الحضارة الإسلامية ومساهمة الأوقاف الفاعلة في بناء مؤسسات المجتمع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وعطائها المميز في المجالات التعليمية والصحية ومحاربة الفقر.

إذ يدرك الدور الرائد الذي قام به نظام الأوقاف الإسلامية في إثراء الحضارة الإسلامية ومساهمة الأوقاف الفاعلة في بناء مؤسسات المجتمع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وعطائها المميز في المجالات التعليمية والصحية ومحاربة الفقر.

1. Urges the Islamic Member States to provide further attention to Waqfs in the legislative and administrative fields, and give them the chance to develop their societies.
1 - يحث الدول الإسلامية الأعضاء على توفير مزيد من الرعاية للأوقاف في المجالات التشريعية والإدارية وإفساح المجال أمامها لتنمية مجتمعاتها.

1. Urges the Member States to provide further attention and care to Waqfs in their countries in the legislative and administrative fields, and give them the chance to develop their societies.
1 - يحث الدول الإسلامية الأعضاء على توفير مزيد من الرعاية للأوقاف في بلدانها والعناية بها في المجالات التشريعية والإدارية وإفساح المجال أمامها لتنمية مجتمعاتها.

109. The Conference urged the Member States and Islamic organizations and personalities on the need to contribute to the Waqfs of the two Islamic universities of Niger and Uganda. It urged donor institutions and bodies to redouble their efforts to achieve this objective and commissioned the Secretary-General and the Board of Trustees to work in this direction in order to secure adequate funds for this Waqf.
109- دعا الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات والشخصيات الإسلامية إلى ضرورة المساهمة في وقف الجامعتين الإسلاميتين في النيجر وأوغندا، وحث الجهات المانحة على مضاعفة جهودها من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، وكلف الأمين العام ومجلس أمناء الجامعتين بالسعي في هذا الاتجاه بغية إيجاد المال الكافي لهذا الوقف.
