" عدم تعريض الأفراد للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر، ما دام هذا العمل يتعارض والالتزامات المترتبة على الدول بموجب القانون الدولي؛ "

(j) Insofar as such an act runs contrary to their obligations under international law, not to expose individuals to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by way of return to another country;
(ي) عدم تعريض الأفراد للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر، ما دام هذا العمل يتعارض والالتزامات المترتبة على الدول بموجب القانون الدولي؛

" (k) Insofar as such an act runs contrary to their obligations under international law, not to expose individuals to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by way of return to another country;
" (ك) عدم تعريض الأفراد للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر، ما دام هذا العمل يتعارض والالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب القانون الدولي؛

" (l) Insofar as such an act runs contrary to their obligations under international law, not to expose individuals to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by way of return to another country;
" (ل) عدم تعريض الأفراد للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر، ما دام هذا العمل يتعارض مع الالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب القانون الدولي؛

(l) Insofar as such an act runs contrary to their obligations under international law, not to expose individuals to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by way of return to another country;
(ل) عدم تعريض الأفراد للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر، ما دام هذا العمل يتعارض مع الالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب القانون الدولي؛

(ي) عدم تعريض الأفراد للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر، ما دام هذا العمل يتعارض والالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب القانون الدولي؛

(k) Insofar as such an act runs contrary to their obligations under international law, not to expose individuals to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by way of return to another country;
(ك) عدم تعريض الأفراد للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر، ما دام هذا العمل يتعارض والالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب القانون الدولي؛

" (j) Not expose individuals to danger of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by way of return to another country insofar as such an act runs contrary to their obligations under international law;
" (ي) عدم تعريض الأفراد لخطر المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر مادام ذلك يخالف التزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي؛

(c) Operative paragraph 6 (j), which read: " Not to expose individuals to danger of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by way of return to another country insofar as such an act runs contrary to their obligations under international law " ;
(ج) استعيض عن الفقرة 6 (ي) من المنطوق، ونصها كالتالي: " عدم تعريض الأفراد لخطر المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة من خلال إعادتهم إلى بلد آخر ما دام ذلك يخالف التزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي؛ " بما يلي:
