10- وفيما ترحب اللجنة بقرار المحكمة العليا في قضية آنغ لادلاد وتصريح الوفد بأنه سيؤدي دوراً قيادياً في مجال تعزيز حقوق المثليات والمثليين ومزدوجي الميل الجنسي ومغايري الهوية الجنسانية، فإنها تشعر بالقلق لأن المثليات والمثليين ومزدوجي الميل الجنسي ومغايري الهوية الجنسانية معرضون للاعتقال والاضطهاد بسبب تطبيق حكم " الفضيحة الخطيرة " المنصوص عليه في المادة 200 من القانون الجنائي المنقح.
