" 2- حيثما يشترط القانون أن يكون العقد، أو أي بلاغ أو إعلان أو مطالبة أو إشعار أو طلب آخر يتعيّن على الأطــراف اجــراؤه أو يختارون اجراءه فيما يتصــل بالعقد، كتابيا، يكون ذلك الشرط مستوفى برسالة البيانات إذا كان من الممكن الوصول إلى المعلومات الواردة فيها على نحو يتيح استخدامها للرجوع اليها لاحقا.

" 3. where the law requires that a contract or any other communication, declaration, demand, notice or request that the parties are required to make or choose to make in connection with a contract should be signed, or provides consequences for the absence of a signature, that requirement is met in relation to a data message if:
" 3- حيثما يشترط القانون أن يكون العقد، أو أي بلاغ أو إعلان أو مطالبة أو إشعار أو طلب آخر يتعيّن على الأطراف إجراؤه أو يختارون اجراءه فيما يتصل بالعقد، موقّعا، أو ينص على آثار تترتب على عدم وجود توقيع، يكون ذلك الشرط مستوفى فيما يتعلق برسالة البيانات إذا:
